Shipping and Return Policy

 

Shipping in New Zealand:

 

We ship via NZ Couriers and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery address in New Zealand.

We offer free shipping in New Zealand for orders over $55.00.

We currently don’t ship internationally.

 

Delivery:

We offer same-day dispatch on all orders placed before 2pm NZST, Monday-Friday. We are closed on New Zealand public holidays, and your order will be dispatched on the next business day. 

We’ll send you an email when your order has been dispatched with your tracking details so you can easily track your order.

After dispatch, orders are sent on an overnight service, please allow 1-3 business days.

The above timing is an estimate only and may be longer for rural deliveries, during public holidays & promo periods. Please manage your order and any changes via the tracking number that is sent in your tracking email. 

Returns and Exchanges:

We take stringent efforts to make sure that your purchase arrives to you in best possible conditions. Should you experience a problem with your order, please email us at hello@sansctuarynaturals.co.nz and we will do our utmost to provide a reasonable solution.

If within 30 days of purchasing you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact hello@sanactuarynaturals.co.nz and return for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping cost.

We cannot offer a refund for a change of mind, but will provide you with an exchange through a credit voucher that can exclusively be used on Sanctuary Naturals.
